INTRODUCTION Here is a firstshot prototype for C-3PO from the galactic heroes line with a non-production silver paint applied rather than the production gold. The figure has copyrights and 2001 date information and sports one peg hole. With the silver paint this figure looks much like the episode 1 protocol droid TC-14. Could this possibly have been made to pitch the idea for a TC-14 figure for the galactic heroes line on down the road?
