The Jawa Gets a Little "Wacky"
Something tells me Yoda's ****hole ain't making the list We're kicking off another new feature here at TheJawa.com, and this time it's a bit on the wacky side. Our latest archive features Funko's line of Wacky Wobbler bobblehead dolls. The ground work on this began way back at this year's Toy Fair in New York where we had a chance to talk to the fine folks at Funko and pitch to them the idea of putting together a comprehensive, online archive off all of their Star Wars bobbleheads. Today we are please to present to you Boba Fett and a Jawa (of course!) as the first two "inductees" into this new feature. Keep checking pack regularly as we continue to update this archive with more Wacky Wobblers.

Meet Boba Kitty?
Once you go titanium you never go back Throughout the years, the Star Wars label has been attached to all kinds of merchandise. Some of those items have gone on to be sought after collectibles while others....well, not so much. How these latest items will be remembered will be anyones guess. A website called HelloWars.com is offering stickers of all your favorite Star Wars characters...if there were created by a Japanese anime company and geared towards 7-year old girls. The stickers, which can be bought individually or sets take everyone from Princess Leia to Boba Fett and transform them into the illustration style of the popular Hello Kitty franchise.

Top 10 Architectural Designs of Star Wars
Something tells me Yoda's ****hole ain't making the list Is it the elegant look of Cloud City or the spherical chunk of brute strength known as the Death Star that warms the creative hearts of current Architects? The British web site The Architects' Journal decided to put that question to the test as they set out to select the top ten buildings from the entire Star Wars saga. Each building receives a brief overview as well as comparisons not only with architecture that may have inspired them, but also with recently completed structures that borrow key design elements from the science fiction landmarks. To see which structure took the top spot on the list, follow the links for the full story.

To Reboot Star Wars?
Reboot? How about you just remove the memory of the prequels from everyones memory and call it even The pop-culture hipsters over at io9.com raise an interesting subject this week. With the success of franchise reboots like Batman and this summer's Star Trek, is it only a matter of time before the mother of all sagas, Star Wars gets reinvented as well? The article goes into not only what the new direction of the movies could be, but he also touches on why it needs to be done. So visit the site, check out their 8-part plan as well as some reasons why a reboot is necessary, and let us (and them) know what you think will and will not work.

The Legend of Fake Wedge
Poor Fake Wedge :( While over the course of the Rebellion, the stories of Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia Organa, and Han Solo have received the attention and spotlight they well deserve, one hero's story has remained unspoken...until now. IGN.com today tells us the story of a rebel pilot who for years was know simply as "Fake Wedge", the pilot who takes the brunt of young Luke's bragging of the ability to bullseye a womprat. While the real Wedge Antilles went on to play a significant role in the final destruction of the Empire, "Fake Wedge" or as he is now known, John D. Branon was never seen or heard from again after the Battle of Yavin. Thankfully someone has finally stepped up and given this brave pilot the spotlight he deserves.

We Got Some Wild, Wild Space
Novel reviews are back and better than ever! Thanks to the talents of JediMom, the newest addition to our glowing-eyed staff, we are back in the saddle with providing you regular reviews of the latest Star Wars books. For her debut, she chose to focus on something a little different, a "young adult" novel titled Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Wild Space. The story takes place in the time immediately following the Battle of Geonosis, with both Anakin and Obi-Wan both nursing their wounds. Familiar characters from the live-action movies and the animated series make appearances in this story from author Karen Miller, but for more information you'll have to step inside and read the review for yourself.
